Items that are accurately pictured, described, and delivered in good condition are not eligible for cash refunds. However, if you change your mind after receiving an item that was properly represented on our website, the following terms apply:

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unused, and unassembled (for furniture/gear).

• They must remain in the same condition as received, with clean and intact original packaging.

• Items that have been opened from sealed packaging or used are not eligible for return, except if found faulty upon delivery.

Exchanges

• Eligible items may be exchanged for another product of equal value, whether similar or different.

Store Credit

• If no suitable item is found for exchange, a store credit equivalent to the value of the returned item will be issued.

Cash Refunds

• Cash refunds are only permitted under special consideration and will incur a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Costs

• All costs associated with returning or exchanging an item are the responsibility of the customer.

• The only exception is when an item is confirmed damaged on delivery.

Damaged Items

• If an item is found to be damaged upon delivery, we will:

  • Cover the cost of return, and

  • Provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

• Certain products cannot be returned once delivered in good condition.

• The eligibility for return depends on the nature and sensitivity of the item.
