1. Where is Giggles n Gurgles located?

We are located at No. 95 Ogunlana Drive, Surulere, Lagos, Nigeria.
You may shop online or visit our store in person.


2. What age range do your products cover?

We offer clothing, shoes, and accessories for children from 0 to 16 years old.


3. Do you sell original and branded products?

Yes. We source our products from reputable manufacturers in the USA, UK, China, and Turkey.
We are also the exclusive distributor of Crabkids, Fitkids, and StellarSteps school shoes in Nigeria and West Africa.


4. Do you offer wholesale services?

Yes, we serve both retail and wholesale customers. For wholesale inquiries, please reach out via phone or WhatsApp.


5. How much does delivery cost within Lagos?

  • Lagos Island: ₦2,500

  • Lagos Mainland: ₦2,000

  • Outskirts of Lagos: From ₦2,500 upward

  • Heavy items: Delivery cost is determined based on size/weight and agreed with our courier partners.


6. Do you deliver outside Lagos?

Yes. Delivery to other states varies depending on distance, weight, and volume of the order.
We will contact you with the exact delivery fee after your order is received. Delivery takes 2–5 working days.


7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Online card payments (Verve, Visa, MasterCard)

  • Bank transfers

  • Cash deposits into our Union Bank account


8. What is your return and exchange policy?

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.

  • Eligible items may be exchanged for another product of equal value.

  • If no exchange is desired, store credit will be issued.

  • Cash refunds attract a 10% restocking fee.

  • Customers bear the cost of returning an item, unless the item was received damaged.

  • Items that are sealed, sensitive, or hygiene-related may not be returnable.


9. What if my item arrives damaged?

If an item is damaged on delivery:

  • We will cover the return shipping cost.

  • We will send a replacement item at no extra cost.


10. Can I return an item if I simply change my mind?

Yes, but only if the item was:

  • Properly pictured and described

  • Delivered in good condition

  • Still unused and in original packaging

Eligible items can be exchanged or converted to store credit. Cash refunds will incur a 10% restocking fee.


11. Do you allow cash-on-delivery?

At this time, payment must be made before delivery.
