Exchange, Return, and Refund Policy for BQ Kiddies

Thank you for shopping at BQ Kiddies. We want to ensure that you have a satisfactory experience with your purchase. Please read the following Exchange, Return, and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Returns and Exchanges:

1.1. Item Eligibility:
– Item(s) can only be returned or exchanged if they are defective or not as described within 24 hours after the customer has received the item(s).
– The item(s) being returned must be in new, unused condition and must include the complete packaging.

1.2. Exchange Process:
– To initiate an exchange, the customer must send back the item(s) to BQ Kiddies.
– The returned item(s) will be inspected by our team to confirm if they are deemed fit for an exchange.
– If the returned item(s) meet the eligibility criteria, an exchange will be processed.

2. Refunds:

2.1. Refund Process:
– Refunds will only be processed in cases where an exchange is not feasible.
– Refunds will be processed within 3 working days from the date the return is confirmed.

2.2. Refund Exclusions:
– We do not refund shipping or return fees.
– Items paid for during discount sales cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
– If a discount was applied to the total purchase, the refunded amount will have the discount subtracted from it.

3. Stockpile Orders:

3.1. Stockpile Order Closure:
– Any stockpile order that has not been responded to within 30 days of the stockpile period will be closed.
– After 3 months from the closure of the stockpile order, refunds will no longer apply.

Please note that this Exchange, Return, and Refund Policy apply to purchases made on the BQ Kiddies website. For purchases made through other platforms or stores, please refer to their respective policies.
